Ground floor contains a Separate Lounge with
Open Fire Place and French windows leading
into the garden, with views to the coast,
a second Sitting Room, 1 Kingsize Bedroom,
entrance hall, and shower / toilet room. The
Kitchen has a Dining area, with a utility
area, leading to the back door, which houses
the washer /dryer and a second fridge with
freezer. |

1 twin, 1 single and a large bathroom with
separate shower. All the bedrooms have views
to the coast (only 2 miles) or to open countryside.

also has a variety of dining options that
should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.
Some of the restaurants offer a take away
service and the village also caters for fish
and chips. Pub food is also available at our
2 well respected public houses. The public
houses opposite the beaches also have extensive
dining menus as do the various public houses
in surrounding villages. |

Bay is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive
away It offers an excellent convenience store,
surf shop and the Trevose Golf Club. |
| Other leisure
facilities locally catered for are horse riding,
tennis, golf at Trevose, St.Enodoc and Merlin
courses, surfing, sailing, water skiing, fishing,
coastal and rural walking. Of course we still
have the traditional family attraction of
our beautiful sandy beaches and coves. Our
nearest beach is Constantine Bay, a large
expanse of golden sands, rock pools and sand
dunes. |
