This is a three bedroom bungalow with two bathrooms, a large living room and a fully fenced child-safe garden. There is plenty of room to park cars off the road. The bungalow is fully carpeted and heated by electric convector heaters. The living room has a colour television, electric fire, Radio/CD Player, video and DVD player. Dinning table and chairs. There is a selection of games, books and jigsaw puzzles available. There is a table with chairs and sun loungers in the garden. |

Pets - Sorry no pets are allowed (unless by special arrangement) Linen - Visitors are required to provide their own sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels and tea towels. Located in St Merryn Holiday Village, North Cornwall. The holiday village has recently built a new club house which contains a bar, shop and Indian and Chinese restaurant - both eat in or take away and launderette. There are two hard tennis courts on the site. The nearby village of St Merryn has two grocery shops, a newsagent with general goods and drapery, a shop selling DIY goods, fishing tackle and wetsuits, There is also a service station and post office in the village. There are four restaurants ranging from an excellent fish & chip shop "Friar Tucks" to the Michelin Star "Ripleys". |

The golden sands of Harlyn Bay are close by and this is one of the safest beaches for children, there are six other beaches nearby, the closest is Porthcothan (1.5 miles). The picturesque medieval fishing port of Padstow is five miles from the house. This unspoilt harbour town has many pubs and restaurants nestled in its warren of narrow streets and alleys, including Rick Stein's famous "Seafood Restaurant." There are many local golf courses, Trevone has three courses - a championship 18 hole, a short and a long 9-hole course. The house is well situated for visits to many historic houses and gardens, including the "Lost Gardens of Helligan" and the Eden Project. There are numerous cliff walks with magnificent panoramic views. |
