Seaways Cottage is a charming Grade II Listed fisherman's cottage ideally located in a pedestrian lane, a few yards from the harbour and a few minutes walk to all the beaches, shops, restaurants and numerous art galleries. There is a very convenient and well stocked corner shop a few doors down the lane.
Ground floor:
The kitchen is full of character with its open timber beamed ceiling and is very well equipped with an new electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine/dryer and numerous kitchen utensils. There is a dining area with a dining table and chairs.

The bathroom has half slated walls, a panelled bath shower over, wc, basin and an electric towel rail.
   
First Floor:
 The living room is delightful and bright with 2 new sofa beds, books, wood burner, tv/video, There are videos at your disposal. 15 inch flat screen TVs in the kitchen and lounge, new CD / radio, a new DVD/player recorder.

The main bedroom is tastefully decorated with a sleigh style double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a lovely view over the harbour and beyond. The second bedroom is cosy with twin beds and a chest of drawers.

The hire of the property includes linen and beds will be made up for guests, the hire does not include towels. There is a travel cot and hair dryer, there is also a Roberts radio in the kitchen.

There are electric radiators in all the rooms.

Car parking:
Sometimes you can park in Norway Square, otherwise there is a car park very close by, at the back of the Sloop Inn Pub.

Seaways Cottage is a very special place and has kept all the charms of a typical Downalong fisherman's cottage. It is the perfect "pied a terre" to explore Cornwall and the magical resort of St Ives.

Bookings are per week.
Week starting Saturdays from 1500 hours (3 pm) to following Saturday until 1000 hours (10 am).

Maximum occupancy: 6

Different arrival/departure times and days can be arranged during quiet periods.
