This comfortably furnished traditional fishermans cottage is ideally situated in the heart of Downalong, close to the harbour, Tate Gallery, shops, restaurants and sandy beaches of Porthmeor and Portgwidden.
The cottage has been tastefully modernised but still retains character including beamed ceilings and fireplaces but with convenient off peak storage heating. The cottage is a real home-from-home making it ideal for all year round holiday breaks.
The cottage is on three floors, with a small open yard and separate street entrance from Teetotal Street to the spacious lower ground floor, open-plan kitchen diner and additional shower room. The access from Carncrows Street leads to the lounge which occupies the whole of the ground (middle) floor.
