| The cottage has one bedroom and is ideal
for a couple, although a deluxe sofabed in the living room allows
for two more! |
| Bedding and towels are provided and the
kitchen is equipped for 4 persons. |
| Weekly rates vary from £350 low season to
£889 at peak times of the year. |
| Fully renovated in March 2007, the cottage
has been freshly painted inside and out in November 2009. |
| Sailing-By is located in a lane called 'the
Digey' in the old fisherman's quarter of St Ives called 'Downalong'. |
| Lots of car parking nearby and you can buy
a seven-day ticket usable in several long-stay parks in Penwith
for £33. |
| From the cobbled street you enter the kitchen
and dining area which has a heated slate floor and a working
fireplace. |
| The kitchen has a ceramic hob, fan oven,
fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. |
| Living room is on the middle floor and has
a deluxe sofa-bed and a giant bean bag. TV DVD freeview box.
Heating is a warm air electric 'log-burner'. |
| The bedroom has a double bed and is very
peaceful. heating is an oil filled radiator. |
| Bathroom is light and airy - with shower,
heated towel rail, and shaver point. |
