ground floor has a storage area and utility
room with a freezer, washing machine and a
room to store surf boards, pushchairs and
any other items in. |

first floor has a half landing with a bathroom
which has a bath with a shower over it, a
basin and a toilet. |
| Up
three steps and you reach a hallway leading
to three living rooms. There is a large, well
appointed kitchen diner with windows to the
North and the East and a sweet, little antique
multi-fuel stove for cosy winter dining. |
| The
large airy lounge has a sunny Southern aspect
with twin settees and another multi-fuel stove.
A games room / forth bedroom has a double
sofa bed in it so has great versatility, as
it is just off the lounge it also enjoys the
south facing aspect. |
| These
three rooms are linked by double doors so
they can be opened up to create a modern flexible
living space or can be separated to provide
three large airy living spaces. |
| The
second floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom/shower
room, with a large 1200 walk in shower. There
is also a toilet and basin in this room. |
| The
back bedroom is a lovely double bedroom with
a window to the North and a second window
with a seat overlooking the church yard and
the bay beyond, this enjoys views of Hale
and the Towans. This room enjoys a wonderful
morning light. |
| The
master bedroom has a sunny southern aspect.
This spacious double bedroom has views down
into the market place below and the streets
beyond. Both of these rooms have king size
beds with built-in wardrobes which maintain
a clean, uncluttered and stylish feel. |

third bedroom is a bunkroom with purpose built
bunk beds fitted into this double sized room
and has a large south facing window which
bathes the room in warm light with views over
the market place. |

house has delightfully easy to maintain varnished
solid wood floors. The doors are the original
doors that have been stripped and renovated
to maintain the character within the building.
The house is packed with beautiful features
like hand crafted mahogany banisters and original
woodwork and combined with the modern, up
to date, high spec finishes it has maintained
its tradition of being a gracious family town
house, with the renovations giving it a new
lease of life with a great deal of attention
to detail. |
| There
are individually controlled electric heaters
and mains pressured showers for that extra
feeling of luxurious pampering. |
| Praeds
is let on a Friday to Friday basis with linen,
towels, beach towels, electricity a range
of sundries, buckets and spades all provided
and a welcome pack of local goodies ready
to help you start your holiday in style. |

complete your holiday needs you have the use
of a nearby parking space within a private,
secure, gated car park within two minutes
walk of the house. |
| In
order to maintain a high standard of deliverance
and keep that personal touch, we are letting
the house ourselves and look forward to meeting
everyone personally. |
