Accommodation Details
Enter into a bright and open plan living, dining and kitchen area. It has a modern leather sofa and arm chairs, dining table with 4 chairs. There is a LCD 32” Digital TV, DVD and CD player. The very stylish kitchen has granite worktops, electric oven and hob, microwave and built-in fridge and washer-dyer.
A solid oak floor complements this space.
Carpeted stairs lead to the first floor, where there is a double bedroom , and a separate shower room, fitted to a high standard. This bedroom has a 4’ 6” bed. 2 bed-side chest of drawers and wardrobe, with a view of Bunker’s Hill.
Stairs lead to the second floor with a double aspect. There are views of the harbour at one end and views across the roof tops to the Tate Gallery to the other, which makes this a bright, beautifully comfortable room. There are a table and 2 chairs to sit at and enjoy the stunning views of the harbour. A chest of drawers, hanging space, 2 bed-side cupboards and a LCD TV complete this attractive room.

Additional Information
Harbour View Cottage is let on Saturday to Saturday basis with bed linen, gas and electricity included. Sorry this cottage is non-smoking and no pets are permitted. Parking is not permitted in Bunkers Hill, however a reserved parking space can be arranged for you, near the station. There is gas central heating throughout. The property is owner managed so you are assured of personal attention and a high standard of accommodation.
A damage deposit of £100 is required, which is refundable.
We do clean the property, however you are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
Please note there are no safety gates fitted to the staircases.
Out of season short breaks are available.
Availability
Available from 3pm on day of arrival and vacated by 10 am on day of departure.
