area. It has a modern leather sofa and arm chairs,
dining table with 4 chairs. There is a LCD 32” Digital
TV, DVD and CD player. The very stylish kitchen
has granite worktops, electric oven and hob, microwave
and built-in fridge and washer-dyer. |

oak floor complements this space. |
| Carpeted
stairs lead to the first floor, where there is a
double bedroom , and a separate shower room, fitted
to a high standard. This bedroom has a 4’ 6” bed.
2 bed-side chest of drawers and wardrobe, with a
view of Bunker’s Hill. |

lead to the second floor with a double aspect. There
are views of the harbour at one end and views across
the roof tops to the Tate Gallery to the other,
which makes this a bright, beautifully comfortable
room. There are a table and 2 chairs to sit at and
enjoy the stunning views of the harbour. A chest
of drawers, hanging space, 2 bed-side cupboards
and a LCD TV complete this attractive room. |

Cottage is let on Saturday to Saturday basis with bed
linen, gas and electricity included. Sorry this cottage
is non-smoking and no pets are permitted. Parking is not
permitted in Bunkers Hill, however a reserved parking
space can be arranged for you, near the station. There
is gas central heating throughout. The property is owner
managed so you are assured of personal attention and a
high standard of accommodation. |
| A damage deposit
of £100 is required, which is refundable. |
| We do clean
the property, however you are expected to leave the property
in a clean and tidy condition. |
| Please note
there are no safety gates fitted to the staircases. |
| Out of season
short breaks are available. |
