Back Lane, a pedestrian only area, a few yards from the harbour,
shops and beach.
The cottage is approached via 10 granite
steps up to the south facing raised patio/balcony area that
offers views towards Smeatons Pier and the Arches. This is
a delightful area with patio furniture, where you can either
eat 'Al Fresco' or just sit with a glass of wine and watch
the world go by.
The cottage has an open porch with a half
glazed stable front door, which leads into the spacious open
plan lounge/kitchen/dining room. Full of character with beamed
ceiling, oak flooring and exposed granite walls.
