Accommodation Details
Enter (one step down) into a bright and open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Glass dining table with 6 chairs. Two sofas. There is a 32” LCD Digital TV, & DVD/CD player. The very stylish kitchen has solid Oak worktops, electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, built-in dishwasher & washer-dryer.
Carpeted stairs lead to the first floor, where there is a double bedroom and family bathroom. This bedroom has a 5ft bed. 2 bed-side tables, wardrobe & window seat with view of Bunker’s Hill. A door leads to a fully tiled family bathroom, fitted to a high standard, with bath & shower over. Window to Bailey’s Lane.
There is also a door from the landing that leads to the family bathroom.
Stairs lead to the second floor with two bed rooms. At the front, looking onto Bunker’s Hill there is a double room with en-suite shower room, a 4’ 6” bed two bedside tables, chest of drawers with 19” TV with built-in ipod dock, and a fitted cupboard which completes this attractive room.
The other room, overlooking Bailey’s lane has two 3’ beds two bedside tables & wardrobe.
All bedrooms have fitted carpets.

Chy Lelan is let on Friday to Friday basis. Gas & electricity are included. Sorry this cottage is non-smoking & no pets are permitted. Parking is not permitted in Bunkers Hill loading & unloading is possible. There are car parks near by.
Christmas and New Year bookings are Wednesday to Wednesday.
The property is owner managed so you are assured of personal attention & a high standard of accommodation.
A damage deposit of £100 is required, which is refundable.
We do clean the property; however you are expected to leave the property in a clean & tidy condition.
Please bring your own bed linen, towels, bathmat & tea towels. (Duvets & pillows are provided.)
Please note there are no safety gates fitted to the staircases.
Out of season short breaks are available.

Available from 3.00 – 6.00 PM on day of arrival & vacated by 9.30 AM on day of departure.
