13 Bellair Terrace is a south facing Victorian house built on a generous scale. It has three floors, with views at the front overlooking the harbour, Carbis Bay and the famous Virginia Woolf lighthouse at the north end of Gwithian Sands.
The whole accommodation has recently been refurbished for holiday use with white walls, glass bricks, and skylights offering guests a stylish and modern retreat from the hustle and bustle of the town.
Contemporary art and modern furniture create this bohemian bolthole, once home to a long line of practicing artists who used the attic as a studio.
Child friendly and set in a traffic free location, Bellair offers guests a peaceful retreat and yet is situated in the centre of town. The beaches, Tate gallery, restaurants and the shops are a 5 minute walk away.
To the front of the house is a terraced garden with Cornish palm trees and a view across the bay, an ideal place for breakfast on a sunny morning.

Visitor Comments
"Our week in St Ives was splendid.  We love your house, St Ives and all of Cornwall that we were able to pack in…..thanks for all your attention and for a wonderful house."
Mr Messinger, USA, May 2010

"Just to say we had a great time in St Ives, and your cottage is excellent with everything that you need for a week away. The website does not really do it justice as the views from several rooms are fantastic, and you are only a couple of hundred yards from the harbour. I have lost count how many times I have stayed in St Ives, but this is the best all round cottage that I have stayed in."
Mr Wood, Loughborough, May 2010

"We had a lovely week including wonderful weather. The house was fantastic and even better than the photos suggested.   Many thanks. We really appreciated having somewhere so lovely to stay."
Mrs Taylor, Bristol, April 2010

"We stayed in your lovely house for a few days last Autumn and found everything very nice and well equipped"
Mrs Norris, Beaulieu, April 2010

"We were impressed by the quality of the accommodation and when we are aware of our holiday dates next Easter we may well be in touch to check availability"
