Cots & Highchairs
A cot/mattress and highchair are available on request. Please bring
your own cot bedding.
Electricity/Gas
General electricity/gas is inclusive although there is a charge of
£30.00 per week should you require central heating.
Linen
Bed linen is available at £6.50 per week for single beds and £8.00
per week for King Size beds.

Conditions
of Booking
A deposit is payable when booking, the balance is then payable 4 weeks
before arrival. Cheques are to be made payable to Mrs E.J. Nicholas.
If the booking is cancelled, the balance is payable should the accommodation
not be re-let. We therefore recommend that you take out holiday cancellation
insurance to guard against any loss of money due to unforeseen circumstances.
The person making the booking must be 21 years old or over.
Terms are weekly Saturday - Saturday.
Bookings will not be accepted for more than the 10 quoted.
Due to the substantial amount of polished wooden flooring, we would kindly
ask that no stiletto heels are to be worn inside the chapel, your co-operation
is appreciated.
In the interest of others, tenants must ensure that there is no unreasonable
amount of noise within the house at any time. We reserve the right to
evict anyone who causes any excess disturbance.
The hirer will be held responsible for the contents of the house whilst
in his/her possession. Due to the high standards we endeavour to maintain
we require a fully returnable deposit of £100.00 against breakages,
damage, loss and unnecessary wear and tear. If the Chapel is left unreasonably
dirty there will a £40.00 charge deducted from this deposit. Any
breakages, loss or damage to the house, its fixtures or contents need
to be reported before leaving. The deposit will be returned 2 weeks
after departure pending inspection.
We expect visitors to leave the house in a clean and tidy condition.
No booking can be accepted from groups of either young men or women unless
by previous arrangement.
