Pridden Farm is situated in the beautiful countryside of West Cornwall,
half a mile by road or footpath from St. Buryan village and its
amenities. Pridden is the ideal base for exploring the whole of
Cornwall. It is close to St. Ives, Penzance, Lands End, Mousehole,
the South West Coast Path and the beautiful beaches of Marazion,
Sennen, Porthcurno and Hayle for surfing, windsurfing, swimming,
scuba diving and sailing; there is rock climbing at Zennor and horse
riding at several local stables. There is something for everyone
to do and see in Cornwall and the many delightful Cornish attractions
are just a short drive away through the stunning scenery, and include
the Tate Gallery, the Eden Project, Flambards and St. Michael's
Mount to name but a few.
The accommodation sleeps up to 4 people (+ cot available on request)
and has been newly refurbished. It consists of an entrance hall,
a bathroom, a double bedroom on the ground floor and a loft bedroom
with 2 single beds reached by a flight of stairs from the sitting
room; another shallow flight of steps leads up to the separate,
well-equipped kitchen. There is a lovely view across green fields
and a wooded valley with a stream and lake, which is part of the
farm. The ancient Pridden Standing Stone is also on the property.
