Rowse Farm holiday cottages are set in a private 70 acre estate near the beautiful, protected Tamar Valley. With easy access to the famous tourist attractions in Cornwall and South Devon, Rowse offers everything for that all important, special break.

There are three holiday cottages to choose from depending on your requirements. Skyber is suitable for all the family and Kellywyk and Tikkidew are great for couples. Guests staying in Skyber or Tikkidew receive 2 free leisure passes to nearby St Mellion & discounted golf. Guests in all 3 cottages receive special golf passes to the China Fleet Club in Saltash, (Please contact the owners for details).

Tikkidew Holiday Cottage, near St Mellion, Cornwall

Skilfully converted from an old stone barn, Tikkidew is a very attractive, split level cottage for two offering real comfort and privacy. With its galleried bedroom, double glazing, central heating, wood burning stove and fully fitted kitchen, Tikkidew has everything needed for that special holiday in a country cottage, and is often described as a real ‘home from home.’

The cottage is equipped with free WiFi, digital TV, DVD, CD, oven / hob, microwave, clothes washer/drier, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer. The upstairs galleried bedroom has a zip-link bed allowing for either two singles or a king size double bed. Tikkidew has full central heating throughout.

Outside there is a sunny, private garden and BBQ / eating area. There is also private, off road parking for one car.

Skyber is a popular, comfortable, well equipped and spacious cottage for a family of four or two couples. Skyber has two large double or twin bedrooms, two shower rooms (one double en-suite), and separate lounge and dining areas.

The cottage is equipped with free WiFi, flat screen digital TV’s, DVD, CD, video, oven/hob, microwave, clothes washer / drier, dishwasher and a large fridge / freezer. The bedrooms have zip-link beds allowing for either two singles or a king size double bed. Skyber has full central heating throughout.

Kellywyk is a converted stone barn, originally housing the old cider press, that offers a cosy retreat for those that seek to escape from today's pressures. Beautifully presented, Kellywyk has clean, modern accommodation that welcomes you to your stay.

The cottage is fully equipped with free WiFi, flat screen digital TV’s, DVD, CD, oven/hob, microwave, clothes washer/drier, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and clothes washer. The bedroom, with its en-suite shower, has a zip-link bed allowing for either two singles or a king size double bed. Heating is by electric convector heaters.

Outside there is a spacious, sunny garden and BBQ / eating area. There is also private, off road parking for one car.
