The Lookout is situated on the second floor of the property. The entrance is to the back via a few steps. On entering the Lookout there is a large tiled porch with space for storing beach toys, surfboards etc. Through another door is the hall and here there is cupboard space for clothes and shoes. The first door on the right is the shower room, toilet and sink. The next room on the right is the kitchen which is fitted out with washing machine, cooker, microwave and fridge. The view from here is of the fields behind. Straight ahead from the hall is the double bedroom where you can lay in bed and enjoy the sea view.

The lounge on the left of this is large enough to contain a dining area, plus leave room to relax on the settee and watch TV. There is also a bedsettee in this room to make up the sleeping arrangements for two more people.

Off the lounge through new sliding doors is a good size balcony. There is a metal rail all around the balcony which is quite high, but some may not feel this is suitable for small children.

The lookout also has a small garden to the side of the property where you can hang washing or just sit and dream. There is also room for one car parked next to the property.

The Lookout is let from Friday to Friday, 3pm until 10am. The flat is all electric and operates from a £1 coin meter, although night storage heating is included in the price. Linen provided, plus welcome pack of tea, sugar, milk and biscuits.
