If you want to make a booking please check availability for the period
required by email or telephone (see enquiry page).

If Roscollas Barn is available please print out the booking form (or ask
us to post you one), fill in the appropriate section and send it, with a
cheque for the deposit (made out to B. Gaze), to Roscollas Barn,
Treverva, Penryn, Cornwall TR10 9BP.

The accommodation will be available from 3pm on the day of your arrival.

We would ask you to leave by 10.30am on the date of departure to
enable us to get the property ready by 3pm for the new arrivals.

1. Duvets and bed linen are provided.
2. Towels are not provided. Exceptions can be made if guests are travelling from overseas - please enquire.
3. Electricity and gas for cooker are inclusive.
4. Logs for woodburner are inclusive from Sept - April. £20 per week at
other times.
5. A telephone is available on request. Your number will be 01326 341009.
6. Maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at £20 per dog. We have our own dog. PLEASE ENSURE that bedding is brought for the dogs and PLEASE NOTE that dogs are not permitted in the bedrooms or on the furniture.
7. No smoking in the property please.
