From the private lawned garden, the barn is entered via a west facing wooden deck - a wonderful place for leisurely breakfasts or catching the evening sun as it sets over the open fields in front of you.

The deck leads into the upstairs open plan kitchen and living area with high pitched beamed ceiling, hardwood floor with rugs a dining area with large pine table and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, calor gas cooker and microwave. At the opposite end of this spacious room are two large comfortable sofas, remote control colour TV and video and a woodburning stove which provides under floor heating in the winter.

Downstairs via generous wooden staircase to:
Bedroom 1.
Spacious carpeted room with double bed, antique pine furniture and
en suite bathroom/wc with large Victorian freestanding cast iron bath.

Bedroom 2.
Carpeted with twin beds, chest of drawers and hanging space.
Adjoining shower room/WC and washbasin.

There is unlimited access to a laundry and an electric tumble dryer
as well as washing lines in the courtyard.

There is ample parking space and the owners' house is located nearby,
should you need anything.

NOTE:
1. Duvets and bed linen are provided.
2. Towels are not provided.
3. Electricity and gas for cooker are inclusive.
4. Logs for woodburner are inclusive from Sept - April.
£20 per week at other times.

6. Well behaved dogs (max. 2) are welcome at £20 per dog per week -
we have our own dog. Please ensure that dogs come equipped with their
own bed and are not permitted in bedrooms or on furniture.
