wall - just a stones throw from the waters’ edge with
a lovely view over the outer basin of Portreath Harbour.

| Harbourside Cottage is light and spacious.
The living room is very comfortably furnished and a large
bow window overlooking the harbour and has a staircase
to the first floor. |

| The kitchen and dining room opens
into a sunny enclosed garden. Upstairs there are two double
bedrooms, and a room with bunk beds (for children under
12), bathroom and WC. The garage located a few yards from
the house provides secure parking for one car or storage
for beach, sports equipment etc. and there is unrestricted
on-road parking just outside the garden gate. |

the harbour wall from Harbourside with an enclosed waterfront
patio giving a lovely view over the inner basin of Portreath
Harbour. |

| Dolphins Cottage is very similar to
Harbourside and has been partly refurbished for 2008.
The living room is very comfortably furnished and has
a large bow window overlooking the harbour and a staircase
to the first floor. |

| The modern fitted kitchen and dining
room open into a sunny enclosed courtyard garden. Upstairs
there are three bedrooms - double, twin and a room with
bunk beds (for children under 12), bathroom/ WC. The garage
which can be accessed from the garden provides secure
parking for one car / storage for surfboards bikes etc.
Guests may park in the residents parking area adjacent
to the house. |

| PORTREATH |
|
| A seaside village on the beautiful
North Cornish coast - ideal for anyone looking for somewhere
to get away and relax in quiet unspoilt surroundings and
for family beach holidays. The harbour area is in the
centre of the village close to the sandy beach, pubs restaurants
and a good range of shops for easy self-catering. In just
a few minutes you can walk up onto the clifftops and along
the Coast Footpath through a designated Area of Outstanding
Natural Beauty to enjoy the wonderful views and spectacular
coastal scenery. The Mineral Tramway Cycle Trail starts
in Portreath and continues for 11 miles through the Cornish
Countryside to Devoran on the South Coast - Cycles can
be hired nearby. Portreath is in a good central location
- just 3 miles from the A30 for easy access to all areas
of Cornwall. Portreath has a lovely sandy beach - many
other lovely beaches and coves lie waiting to be discovered
just along the coast. |
