on the spectacular, unspoilt North Cornish coast.
Home to world-famous restaurants, breath-taking scenery,

Poppies
and Sorrel Cottage are set in a peaceful courtyard development
surrounded by meadows on the outskirts of Padstow’s
picturesque harbour town, and just around the corner
from several sweeping sandy beaches.
Newly-converted
from farm buildings, with luxury kitchens and bathrooms,
they are a home-from-home with comfortable furniture,
high-spec fittings and extra touches to make your holiday
really special.
Poppies
sleeps six, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms,
while Sorrel Cottage sleeps four, with two en-suite
bathrooms and a downstairs WC. Both feature walled courtyards
with barbecues and Sorrel also has a small garden.
Crisp white linen and Egyptian cotton towels are provided
and there are two parking spaces per property – a rarity
in Padstow! The cottages can be booked together for
larger parties but they are also cosy enough for couples
to enjoy a romantic hideaway.

Bedrooms
There
are three bedroom, two with double beds and one
with two single beds. The downstairs bedroom has
a large fitted wardrobe, TV/DVD player and windows
to the courtyard, with privacy blinds and curtains.
The
upstairs double bedroom has a velux window over
the courtyard and an ensuite shower room, while
the twin room has a velux and access to a further
bathroom containing a bath and shower over. There
is a toy box with games and books.
Crisp
white linen and Egyptian cotton towels are provided
in each room (although beds are not made up).
Please bring your own beach towels.
Bathrooms
The
property boasts three luxury bathrooms, with elegant
quarry tiled floors, white suites and power showers.
A shaver point is in each one. There is an ensuite
shower room on the first floor, a main bathroom
with shower over, while downstairs, there is a
further shower room, ideal for use after a day
on the beach.
Lounge
The
comfortable lounge is decorated on a blue, green
and cream theme, with a gas flame fire, TV plus
DVD and video players, a mini CD hifi and patio
doors, with blinds, opening on to the courtyard.
There are games, books, tourist information and
a cupboard housing a travel cot and high chair.
Kitchen
The
modern, well equipped kitchen is fitted with cream
units, granite tops and a quarry tiled floor.
There is a full-sized fridge/freezer, oven with
hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer and microwave, plus
a good range of cooking utensils, crockery and
glassware. The central heating can be adjusted
to suit the weather and hot water is on demand.
The downstairs is open plan with a solid pine
dining table and six chairs. The kitchen also
has its own double doors, with blinds, opening
on to the courtyard. Other facilities include
hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

the courtyard, a walk-in cupboard and an ensuite

has a deep window overlooking the courtyard
and its own ensuite shower room.
