Atlantic and Dune Cottages are two semi-detached one bedroom
cottages which offer the perfect retreat for either couples,
or groups of friends. |
| Each cottage provides a private, peaceful
location from which to explore all that West Cornwall
has to offer. They are ideally located for both north
and south coasts, St Michaels Mount, Marazion and St Ives
and are only 5 minutes from St Erth train station and
less than 2 miles from the A30. |
| A wide choice of shops, restaurants,
sandy beaches and fantastic coastal walks are all from
within 1 mile by car. |

| The Cottage Interiors |
| You immediately enter a contemporary
open plan living area which includes a large corner sofa
and cushions, flat screen digital TV/DVD, a bookcase providing
DVDs, books, local maps and information and a music centre
with MP3 input. |
| The bedrooms include a very comfortable
wood carved super-king size bed with luxury bed linen,
cushions and generous bedroom furniture. The large en-suite
bathrooms include a double spa bath and under-floor heating.
Plenty of soft towels, spa treats and luxury soaps are
also provided for during your stay. |
| The modern kitchen is
equipped to a very high standard with electric hob, oven/grill,
microwave and fridge/freezer. |

| The Gardens & Pool |
| The cottages enjoy their own private
courtyard area and furniture, perfect for an evening BBQ,
a glass of wine or your morning coffee. The gardens extend
to 1 ½ acres where guests can also enjoy the additional
places to relax and watch the stunning Cornish sunsets.

| The outdoor pool is solar heated and
filled from our own water supply. Open between June and
September, if the water does not tempt you in, you are
welcome to simply relax poolside with a refreshing drink.

| Additional Hospitality & Services |
Catering
If you are arriving late in the day we can prepare a light
supper for you to have in your cottage. Some reasonable
notice is required, meals are subject to availability
and prices start from £17.00 per head. |
Laundry Service
Who wants to do washing on holiday? That's why you won't
find washing machines in the cottages. Let us do the dirty
work and for £5.00 per load clothes will be washed, dried,
folded and returned to your cottage. An iron and ironing
board are in the cottages. |
| Poolside Towels are available on request,
and are free of charge. |
Cleaning Service
Cottages are serviced and replenished with fresh towels
for bookings over 8 nights. |
