A separate dining area overlooks the garden. Bedroom 1 with double bed has panoramic views over the Fowey valley. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Both rooms have double-glazing. The bathroom has a bath, seperate shower cubicle with electric shower, hand basin and W.C. There is a separate cot room adjacent to the bedrooms.

There are three bedrooms, one with double bed and the others having twin beds. Two bathrooms both having bath, hand basin and WC, with 1 bathroom having an electric shower. There is a cot area adjacent to the bedrooms. This cottage caters for 6 persons comfortably.

Stairs lead to the gallery bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room having electric shower, hand basin and WC.

Chapel Cottages

Rose, Fountain and Cloisters are three cottages all with full central heating and furnished to a similar specification suited to couples A well equipped kitchen with fitted units, oven/hob, fridge, freezer and microwave leads to the sitting room which incorporates a dining area. T.V and Video is provided. Stairs lead to a gallery style bedroom with double bed and a shower room/WC. Large windows give splendid views over the terrace and the Fowey valley whilst retaining privacy. Cloisters can accommodate an extra bed, for a child, situated on the ground floor. Fountain Cottage can be either double or twin bedded accommodation.
