Menifters is set in a beautiful part of South West Cornwall on the Lizard Peninsula, far enough from the main roads to be quiet and peaceful. Situated on a hill, the cottages look out over unspoilt farmland with breath taking views towards the sea, where boats can be seen in Falmouth Bay. |

Cart Lodge Suitable for 4 people, the Cart Lodge is a single story conversion of the cart shed. The accommodation offers: open plan kitchen lounge/diner, shower room, and two bedrooms. The larger bedroom has two single beds and has access to a small patio area at the rear of the cottage. The other bedroom has a double bed. At the front of the cottage is a larger patio area with splendid views down to the sea, across to Falmouth Bay and along the southern coast of Cornwall Like all the cottages it has a cooker, microwave, fridge, colour TV and night storage heating. |

Amy Cottage Suitable for 2 people, Amy cottage is a single story conversion of the old stables and workshop. The accommodation offers: open plan kitchen lounge/diner, double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The back door from the kitchen leads onto a small patio area with table and chairs with access to the garden beyond. This cottage is slightly larger than Dairy Cottage. Like all the cottages it has a cooker, microwave, fridge, colour TV and night storage heating. |

Dairy Cottage Suitable for 2 people, the Dairy Cottage is a ground floor conversion of the milking parlour under the Hay Loft. The accommodation offers: A very comfortable lounge/diner and well-equipped and spacious kitchen, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Like all the cottages it has a cooker, microwave, fridge, colour TV and night storage heating. |

Hay Loft Suitable for 4 people, the Hay Loft is a first floor barn conversion with far reaching views. Access is by large granite steps at the back of the building, parents of very small children should bear this in mind as it is a long way down. The accommodation offers: open plan kitchen lounge/diner, shower room, double bedroom and single bedroom with full size bunk beds. Like all the cottages it has a cooker, microwave, fridge, colour TV and night storage heating. Sorry, no dogs in the Hay Loft. |

Electricity and bed linen are included in the price, but we do ask you to bring your own towels. A washing machine is available in the laundry room. There is ample parking for cars and boats. One well-behaved dog is welcome, except in the Hay Loft; we do however request that dogs do not roam free in the garden, and are not left unattended in the cottage.
