The Forge was a working forge (pre-1950) before being converted into a home. The holiday accommodation is self-contained and is attached to the present owner's home. It is ideally situated for exploring the most sourtherly part of Great Britain and is very comfortable, light and bright with lovely sea views across the fields to the sea - a peaceful hideaway.

On the ground floor is a kitchen/diner with a television, small log burner, tiled floor and paddle staircase leading to the bedroom/sitting area.

The kitchen area has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge with frozen food compartment and microwave. Use of washing machine is available in the owner’s adjoining garage.

Also on the ground floor is a shower room with good sized shower, wash basin, toilet, under-floor heating and heated towel rail.

On the first floor there is a double bed and a comfortable sitting area where you can relax and enjoy the view. As well as the wood burner the property has oil-fired central heating.

At the rear of the property is a private patio which overlooks the fields and the sea.

Additional Information

Bed linen, towels (except for beach towels), electricity and gas are included in the rental. There is off-road parking for one car.
