Located in the parish of St Neot (winner of Village of the Decade) on the edge of Bodmin Moor next to Golitha Falls Nature Reserve, Tregenza is surrounded by beautiful Cornish countryside.

We are surrounded by rolling fields and hidden valleys, the panoramic views of Minions, Looe and as far as St Austell are quite simply breathtaking, especially from the two large balconies!

Attached to South Draynes Farm (which is no longer a working farm) Tregenza offers luxurious 2 bed (plus sofa bed), 2 bathroom accommodation with garden, large all year round HOT TUB, Free WiFi, 32" Panasonic flat screen TV, DVD, PS2 and much more for up to 4/6 people plus cot.

Within easy reach of both coastlines with their sandy beaches, and close to many of Cornwall and Devon's main attractions such as The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Jamaica Inn and Dozmary Pool.

Tregenza has been stylishly furnished and decorated to an exceptionally high standard.

We are set back from the quiet lane that meandered up from Golitha Falls, and have several acres of grounds, so there's space for football, badminton or even flying a kite!

It has many features; upon entering via the french doors you come into a large double aspect open plan living area. Recessed to one side is the modern extensively equipped oak fitted kitchen (microwave, fridge, cooker, food processor, in fact everything we could think of that you would normally find in your own kitchen!)

There is solid light oak furniture in the dining area and two comfortable sofas (one being a sofa bed) soft lighting, books, games, maps, guides and original art work on the walls.

There is also a comprehensive selection of DVD's and Videos and if you get tired of them, let us know and we will change them!

Through a door there is a lobby with a door to the utility room (with small freezer and washer/dryer, ironing board etc) and stairs up to the two double bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and bathrooms.

Both bedrooms are spacious and double aspect with pocket sprung mattresses and patios doors to large decked balconies. The main bedroom is an exceptionally sunny room with a large south west facing balcony, and has a good sized fully tiled en suite shower room.

There is also a large fully tiled family bathroom (with shower over the bath). Both have shaver points. There are spectacular views from the balconies towards sea at Looe, St Austell, The Cheesewring, and Dartmoor.

Tregenza has its own small garden, with garden furniture and barbeque, full central heating and double glazing. It is directly next to our field, where you can kick a football around.

All electricity and fuel is included in the price.

A large HOT TUB (seats 6/7) which is in its own separate decked and fenced area just off the garden for all year round exclusive use.

There is a 32" flat screen Panasonic digital TV, DVD player, video player, CD/radio/cassette player, PS2 & games, microwave, food processor,  WIFI Broadband Internet access, and all the things you would expect to make your holiday comfortable.

Ground floor: Open plan Lounge/kitchen/diner, with french doors to cobbled patio and lawned garden, access to HOT TUB, field and car park, small utility room, lobby with stairs to :

First Floor: 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room and balcony, 1 twin bedroom with balcony, separate family bathroom.

If you wish to bring bikes, please do as we can store them in our garages.

We have a travel cot, high chair and a z bed should you need it.

Tregenza is attached to the farmhouse, but it is totally self contained and has it's own individual access and garden.

We are on the southern edge of Bodmin moor in the parish of St Neot within an area of outstanding natural beauty and special scientific interest.

Also in the parish are Jamaica Inn and Dozmary pool, (where legend tells you is the last resting place for King Arthur's sword Excalibur). At St Neot there is St Neot church which is famous all over the world for its 15th and 16th century stained glass windows. One of the very few that managed to keep its windows during the reformation. High up in the tower you will see an oak branch tied to it. This is renewed every Oak Apple Day (May 29) in a ceremony started by royalists to give thanks for the tree which hid Charles 11 after the Battle of Worcester.

Only a field away is Golitha Falls Nature Reserve, originally part of this farm, and now owned by English Nature and is free for the general public to enjoy. It is a beautiful place for a quiet walk along side the River Fowey, and is particularly stunning during the spring with all the bluebells growing under the trees in the ancient wood.

Step out from Tregenza and down our drive, turn left and then right and you will come onto Draynes common moor, in fact there are many walks from here and public footpaths.

The views from South Draynes Farm are breathtaking; meadows, rolling fields, woods, valleys, Siblyback reservoir , the Cheesewring and even the coast at Looe.
