| The Hideaway which is an integral part of the
farmhouse offers you a chance to holiday in a peaceful location and
surrounded by farmland and where you can truly relax. |
| We are situated just two miles west of Helston
and two miles from the fishing village of Porthleven. The Hideaway
is ideally situated to explore both south and north coast’s each with
their own individual beauty. |

| We can accommodate up to four people plus a cot
and highchair facility. The bedrooms (two rooms in total) each with
pine furniture comprise of one double and two singles each room is
tastefully decorated, comfy beds and Laura Ashley bed covers. Night
store heaters in each room. |

| Kitchen:- A modern kitchen with ample storage
space for your needs, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker and microwave
are all there to make light work of any chores. Pine table and chairs
and all table crockery is Denby. A radio/cd player is also provided
for you to keep up with the outside world. |
| Lounge:- Warm and cosy with coal effect electric
fire, partial c/heating TV/DVD player and a selection of books on
local interest. Patio doors lead onto a sunny, enclosed and sheltered
patio area, which is complete with patio furniture. Access is also
gained from here to a large garden. |
| Bathroom:- Full size bathroom with shower over
bath and electric towel rail. Just outside the bathroom is a washing
machine. |

| Trelissick Farm is situated 2 miles from the local
market town of Helston, home of the ancient 'Furry Dance' or 'Flora
Day' as it is more commonly known today. Helston offers a good range
of local amenities, including shops, banks, leisure and commercial
facilities. |
| There is also access to a dentist, doctors and
Cottage Hospital if required. |
| For more comprehensive amenities the towns of
Penzance, Camborne and Falmouth are all within 20-30 minutes drive
away. The famous Cathedral City of Truro is about 40 minutes drive,
offering a much wider range of shops and amenities for all ages. |
| Closer to home you are spoilt for choice with
the many beautiful beaches and coastal walks available. |

| Places to Visit / Things to do |
| We are so close to many wonderful places, whether
you want to walk the coast line, visit historic houses and gardens
or sit and relax on the vast array of sandy beaches, these are all
on your doorstep. |
| St Michaels Mount, a castle surrounded by water
owned by the National Trust, a truly magical sight. Porthleven a fishing
village where one can hire bicycles to ride through the National Trust
grounds of Penrose and onto Loe Bar, fishing trips are also available,
perhaps a chance to catch fish for a bar-b-que back at the Hideaway.

| Britain’s most southerly point “The Lizard” is
approx. 30 mins drive along with the quaint thatched cottage fishing
village of Cadgwith, or perhaps go north and visit the famous Tate
Gallery at St. Ives. You are really spoilt with so much to see and
do. Should you wish to travel a little further but all within a easy
day trip are The lost gardens of Heligan, The Eden Project, Port Issac,
(base for the filming of Doc Martin) Lands End or the open air Minack
Theatre. |
| We are a working farm, with beef cattle and should
you decide to choose our accommodation you to will have a chance to
explore our fantastic county from our farm. |

| Directions |
| Follow the A30 to Camborne "West", come
up the slip road and take a left towards the town centre. |
| Drive into Camborne, passing the fire station
on your left and church on you right. |
| At the mini roundabout, next to the Tyacks Hotel,
take a right up Basset Street to the end where the police station
will be in front of you. |
| Turn right, signposted Praze-an-Beeble (B3303)
towards Helston. |
| You will past though a number of villages. It
will be about 20-30 minutes drive until you come to a 'T' junction
(B3303) next to Sithney Primary School. Here turn left for Helston. |
| Follow this road for around 5-10 minutes. You
will then be at another 'T' junction next to a garage. Here you will
need to turn right towards Penzance. |
| Just over the brow of the hill you will come to
a crossroads, here you need to turn right for Sithney. |
| Take the first left, In front of a large house/restaurant,
continue on this road for approx. 2 minutes. Trelissick Farm is the
first entrance on your right. |

| Please note that all bed linen and electricity
is included in the tariff. Towels are available at a cost of £2.50
per person per week. Sorry No Pets. |
