It is the Owners' second home and as such is very well equipped and in first class condition.
South facing, with direct access to the beach and river, Ridifarne enjoys the best of Cornwall’s gentle climate. The uninterrupted view from the terrace running the whole length of the house 20m above the river is breathtaking.

- Linen and towels provided. Electric blankets in all beds from October to April.
- Oil-fired central heating, hot water and Aga. Open fires in Drawing and Dining Room.
- Electric radiators or blower heaters for supplementary heating.
- River frontage and beach.
- 3-acre garden with terraces, steps and pools.
- Part-time gardener/caretaker.
- Housekeeper weekly on Fridays.
- Boat moorings available for hire from Helford River Moorings.
