Tudor Court is a privately and newly owned self-contained
property set in the grounds of a former Cornish manor
house and holiday village boasting superb amenities for
both adults and children.

This property sleeps 4-6.
Lounge/diner - There are two sofas, one is a sofa
bed. Dining table and chairs. TV, DVD and Freeview.
Kitchen area - Microwave, electric cooker, fridge,
kettle, full range of crockery and kitchen utensils.
Tea towels provided.
Bedroom 1 - Double Bed, built in wardrobe and two
chests of drawers.
Bedroom 2 - two single beds, built in wardrobe
and a chest of drawers.
Bathroom - newly refurbished with toilet, shower
unit over bath, basin and shaver point.
General information - Parking nearby, electricity
included in tariff. duvets and bedding included. Cot
available on request, but note that for hygiene reason
cot bedding will not be provided.
The prices are per cottage NOT per person.
All prices include park facilities, electricity,
bedding and duvets and cot on request, please note
for hygiene reason cot bedding is not supplied.
Single sex groups will not be accepted.
Regrettably we do not allow pets.
Payments terms: A deposit of £100 will be
required immediately after booking is confirmed. The
balance owed must be received at least 21 day before
your holiday starts.
The cottage is available from 4pm on day of arrival.
You are requested to vacate by 10am on day of departure.
When your balance has been paid we will send you
a receipt for your holiday. On arrival you can collect
your key from reception. In your cottage you will
find basic necessities such as washing up liquid,
tea, coffee, sugar and milk to refresh you after your
journey.

Visit St Ives Bay area
where you will find a host of attractions. The quaint cobbled streets
of St Ives with its unique array of individual Art Galleries and Craft
Shops as well as the renowned Tate Gallery. Beautiful Beaches and
Coves stretch for miles with Hayle's '3 miles of golden sand' very
close to Tudor Court, where during the summer months the beach is
patrolled by lifeguards. Hayle offers many superb amenities and attractions,
there are many local shops offering a range of products and also a
supermarket. There are many delightful walks around the estuary and
harbour.

Travel on the A30 towards Penzance. At the large roundabout take
the 4th exit sign posted for Hayle. Continue through Hayle past
the high street, past Philps bakery and under the viaduct. After
the viaduct there is mini roundabout take the left exit on to the
Helston road. Follow the road round and you will see the entrance
to Tolroy Manor on your left.
