| As the name suggests, the apartment has
gorgeous harbour views and is set in the coastal town of Hayle.
Our town is very centrally located and boasts 3 miles of beautiful
golden sandy beaches. It is close to popular towns such as St.Ives
and Penzance. |

| The property has been recently refurbished
and is set in the heart of Hayle, opposite the harbour. Tastefully
decorated and furnished to a high standard. A real effort has
been made to make it a homely and comfortable place to holiday
in. |
| There are two double bedrooms. The smaller
of the two has a zip and link bed that can be either another
kingsize or two separate 2' 6'' beds to make a twin room. Please
let us know if you require the kingsize bed in the 2nd bedroom
instead of the twin beds. |
| The very well equipped large galley kitchen
includes a microwave, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. There
is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and ironing
equipment. |
| The apartment features a large lounge /
diner. It is a very bright and cheery room with a large bay
window with lovely harbour views. The room boasts a 32 inch
LCD TV with built in freeview and separate DVD player. |
| The outside decking area is a real sun trap
on a sunny day. There are two built in barbeques and a patio
table with 6 chairs and parasol for the days when the sun is
just too hot! Please note this area is shared with upstairs
apartment. The upstairs residents rarely use the outside space
so it will be exclusive to you most of the time. |
| There is a private car park space for your
use situated at the back of the decking area. |

Animals
We may consider small dogs however the apartment is not dog
friendly and we reserve the right to refuse pets according to
the situation. If you have a pet and are interested in bringing
it with you, please contact us prior to booking. |
Accessibility
Unfortunately the apartment is not easily accessible for wheelchair
users however the interior is all on one level. For further
information contact me prior to booking. |
Smoking
The apartment is totally non smoking. However there are ashtrays
supplied for the outside area. |

| Hayle has a lot to offer from gorgeous beaches
to birdwatching and is well known for its RSPB reserve site.
It also has a brilliant surfing beach which is very popular.
There is a large well stocked surf shop where you can buy or
hire any surfing equipment you may need. There are many fantastic
coastal walks to enjoy around the area. |
| Hayle is centrally located. It is a 10 minute
drive to St.Ives and 15 minutes to Marazion and Penzance. We
are within easy reach of the Minack Theatre, Falmouth Marine
Museum, Eden Project, St. Michaels Mount and many other fantastic
tourist attractions. |
| Hayle is a large town with a population
of approximately 14000. It offers many pubs, wine bars, restaurants
and take aways. A small new retail park has recently been built
with M & S, Boots and Next. The town however has many shops
offering everything from foodstuffs and clothing to sporting
goods and souvenirs. |
