| Prices are based on 2/4 persons or 5/6 persons staying
in the cottage and NOT per person. All prices include Park facilities, electricity,
bedding & duvets and Cot & Highchair on request. Please note that in the
interests of hygiene, no bedding at all is supplied for cots. |

| Telephone bookings will only be accepted subject to
cottage still being available on receipt of deposit. Cottage is available
from 4pm on day of arrival. You are requested to vacate by 10am on day of
departure. Saturday arrivals: If you intend to arrive after 6pm please let
us know as arrangements will have to be made for late arrivals. |
| House-trained, well behaved dogs are welcome but we
must draw your attention to the following:- |
| Unfortunately, from time to time, a few people and their
dogs cause problems which could result in us refusing to allow dogs or pets
in future. We therefore ask that the following rules are observed (failure
to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation). |
- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while in the property.
- Any fouling outside the property must be cleared up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog's bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs MUST NOT be left alone in the property at any time.
- Dogs MUST NOT lie on beds or furnishings, and hair must be well cleared
up before departing.
