| The description of Lavender Cottage have been prepared
to the best of our knowledge as correct, however from time to time things
may change. Therefore if a particular aspect is important to you, please
check with us for up to date confirmation. |
| With regard to the on site facilities and amenities
of the Holiday Park that are available to you, it should be noted that we
cannot be held responsible for any part that you feel does not suit your
requirements or should any part be temporarily unavailable or withdrawn
for reasons beyond our control. |
| SHORT BREAKS/WINTER HOLIDAYS |
| Prices for short breaks are available on request and
are usually only accepted outside of the main holiday season. |
| ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE |
| In order that your accommodation can be properly prepared,
it is important that you do not arrive before 4 pm and that you depart by
10 am. |
| GENERAL |
| Bookings are made and accepted only on the following
conditions. |
- We accept no responsibility for personal injury to you or your party,
or loss of or damage to you or your party’s own property, or for other
matters which are beyond our control.
- No bookings will be considered valid without the receipt of the initial
deposit of £90.00. Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable
to accept the booking for whatever reason. In the unlikely event that
we are unable to accept the booking we will not entertain any kind of
compensation other than offering alternative dates where possible.
- Your reservation is considered firm once we have accepted and cleared
your initial deposit and we have confirmed the booking in writing to
you.
- Bookings cannot be taken from persons under 18 years of age. Group
bookings of single sex parties are not allowed.
- Once we have confirmed your booking in writing, you are responsible
for the balance of the cost of the holiday. This shall be paid at least
21 days before your arrival.
- We reserve the right to re-let our property where the balance is outstanding
and if we are unable to re-let the property you will remain liable for
the outstanding balance.
- In the unlikely event of the property becoming unavailable (eg through
fire or illness), we will refund all monies paid.
- If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking, the deposit will
not be refunded under any circumstances. The balance of your booking
will only be refunded if we are able to re-let the property or if the
balance has not been paid but the property has been re-let, we will
not require you to pay the balance. However, if we are unable to re-let
the property, the bal ance will not be refunded or you will be responsible
for paying the balance to us.
- In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel, we should be notified
immediately by telephone and then in writing.
- It is your responsibility to keep the property and all furniture,
fixtures, fittings and effects within the property in the same state
of repair as at the commencement of the holiday, and leave the property
in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.
You must report and pay for any damage or breakages made during your
holiday occupancy.
- In the event of there being cause for complaint concerning the property,
the matter should be taken up with us at once. This is very important
as we will do all we can to help in these circumstances. It is important
that this is done whilst you are still at the property so that we can
investigate and take necessary action if required. In no circumstances
will compensation be made for complaints raised after the holiday has
ended.
- We shall be allowed access to the property at any reasonable time
during holiday occupancy.
- We have described our properties with great care and attention. We
maintain the right to make minor differences where we consider these
differences to be in order. You must accept minor differences for example
between text/photographs etc described within our advert to the actual
property. Any changes that may be made are usually made to better our
property.
- The booking conditions will apply to all confirmed bookings.
- Bookings are Saturday to Saturday, except outside what we consider
to be the main holiday season and during the winter mid-week or short
breaks will be considered upon request.
- Please allow 14 days from the time you send your deposit of £90.00
to the time you receive our confirmation along with our invoice for
the balance.
- Your right to occupy the property may be forfeited without compensation
if:
- More people arrive than specified on the Booking Form or the number
exceeds the full occupancy, attempt to take up occupation.
- Overnight guests are entertained without our express permission.
- Any activity is undertaken which may cause unreasonable damage, noise
or disturbance.
