Accommodation Details

Apple Tree Cottage is a pretty end terrace stone built Cornish cottage set in the centre of Gweek village, which has a pub, tea gardens, post office, historic boatyard and the renowned Seal Sanctuary.

The cosy lounge has a wood burner, bed settee, armchair, TV with inbuilt DVD and a small book library. Double doors lead through to the kitchen which is well equipped for all your culinary needs and includes an electric range cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer. This lovely room opens directly onto the patio, ideal for alfresco dining. Beyond this is a small lawned area, the apple trees and a selection of flowering shrubs. The garden path leads down to the Helford river and is fenced, but please be aware when small children are exploring.

Upstairs comprises a shower / wet room, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom which has ample room for travel cots etc. All linen and towels are provided except for beach towels and sofa bed linen.

Additional Information

Sorry no smokers or pets. Parking is generally right outside, but please be considerate to local residents.

Apple Tree Cottage is an ideal base for exploring Falmouth, The Lizard Peninsula, St Ives, numerous gardens, major golf courses, beautiful sandy beaches and pretty coves. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee your weather.

A deposit of 20% on confirmation will be required with balance due 6 weeks before arrival.

Changeover is Saturdays arriving after 3:00pm and vacating by 10:00am on the day of departure.

Off season short breaks and late availability by arrangement.
