(Springwell) provides self contained accommodation within the grounds of September Lodge consisting of two bedrooms, one double, one twin, (bunk beds) also a shower room with W.C. There is a spacious open plan lounge / kitchen diner, which is equipped with a fridge / freezer, cooker, microwave and the normal kitchen equipment, / utensils. The lounge is equipped with a remote control television / DVD player. Also provided for the convenience of our guests is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. Bed linen is provided but guests are requested to bring their own towels. Springwell also has the benefit of central heating and UPVC double glazing throughout, for all the year round comfort. There is also ample private parking to the front of Springwell for guests cars. Springwell exterior Paddock conservatory Paddock September Lodge / Springwell is very central for visiting many places of interest in Cornwall, Truro is approximately 7 miles away, Newquay about 5 miles, Perranporth 3 miles, Falmouth just over 20 miles. The local Pub the New Inn, is a pleasant walk, just over half a mile away and providing good food and beer. We have over one an a half acres of garden and paddock, with a conservatory within the paddock which guests may use for their enjoyment, subject to certain terms and conditions agreed with the owners. Changeover day Saturday. Departure before 10am, arrival after 2pm. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate any pets.
