The cottages are located
in the heart of a working organic farm, surrounded by beautiful
countryside above the picturesque riverside village of Golant, and
only 2 miles north of Fowey with its stunning coastline and hidden
beaches.
The award winning cottages
now include an indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna (mobile showerchair
and pool hoist to access swimming pool available); adjoining games
room with pool table, table tennis and table football; and an outdoor
gated play area with swings, slide and sand pit for our younger
visitors. The hobby farm is home to Rab and Ruby our two giant rabbits,
apricot call ducks Orlando and Valentina, Portland sheep and assorted
bantam chickens. Set in an apple orchard, it's a great place to
introduce young visitors to our smaller farm animals.
All the cottages are thoughtfully
furnished with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave,
DVD, video (and on site film library), electric blankets and more.
For home cooking, the cottage kitchens have everything needed to
make self catering easier. Each living room has a wood burning stove,
and all our guests have access to the wood shed. Cotton linen, towels
and electricity are all included in rental. Pets are welcome.
We operate a no smoking
policy in all our properties.

Mulberry Lodge (3 bed rooms;

A granite path leads through the cottage garden to a wide front
door, opening into a spacious, bright, open-plan kitchen and living
area, with superb views across to Bodmin Moor. One double room with
en-suite shower and two twin rooms (one with en-suite shower) are
below on the lower floor, plus access to the large patio garden.

Rowan (2 bedrooms; sleep 3

Rowan is one of two adjoining barns, entered through its own walled
and gated garden and patio area to a slated hallway at ground floor
level and two comfortable bedrooms. One double bedroom with en-suite
shower room, the other with L-shaped, full size, bespoke wooden
bunk beds. Pine stairs lead to the open planned living area and
beautiful wooden kitchen above. Additional shared bathroom.

Linden (2 bedrooms; sleeps
3 - 4) awarded 4 stars
Adjoining Rowan, Linden accessed on the opposite side of the building
through its own private walled garden. The bright open-planned living
room and kitchen is entered at first floor level and is ideal on
warm summer evenings allowing easy access to the barbeque and patio.
The two bedrooms are downstairs; one double with en-suite bathroom
and the other with L-shaped, full sized wooden bunks. Additional
shared shower room.

Honeypin (2 bedrooms; sleeps
3 to 4) awarded 4 stars
Created from the original stone and slate wagon house, the centrally
heated accommodation is all on a single level with an emphasis on
greater accessibility. Both bedrooms have ensuite wet rooms; the
smaller room is furnished with L-shaped bunk beds. It has its own
private gated garden and patio area, and is connected by a level
path to the indoor swimming pool and games room.

Gillyflower - new
Adjoining the farmhouse and overlooking Back Meadow, Gillyflower
is an elegant new addition to the cottages. Beautifully furnished,
the contemporary kitchen and living area has bi-fold patio doors
opening onto a private sun deck facing west for lazy summer evenings.
Under-floor central heating and a stylish wood stove makes this
cottage the perfect winter retreat.

and fitness room provides a fantastic space to relax and play and
offers athletes a great training facility, all in complete

Honeypin is equipped to the same
high standard of our existing cottages, thoughtfully furnished and
designed to appeal to all our guests. Its wide door openings and
level wooden floor offers easy wheelchair manoeuvrability, plus
better accessibility for visitors who may need extra space and support
getting around. Both bedrooms have en-suite wet-floor showers with
support rails. A self propelled shower chair is available.
From the enclosed garden-patio
a wide level path links Honeypin to the games room, indoor swimming
pool and sauna. The pool is partly above ground allowing entry from
a seated position, and hand rails around the pool side are provided
for guests who need a little extra support when leaving the water.
A hydraulic seat lift for assisted access in and out of the pool
is on hand if required, doubling as a shower chair for use around
the pool and shower area.
The swimming pool and sauna facility
can be booked for 1 hour slots, for a minimum of two guests, and
offers a great opportunity to exercise in stylish and private surroundings.
