house set back from the road in a mature garden, fully hedged and
mainly lawn. Situated on rising ground Trengwainton enjoys far reaching
views of the sea, Falmouth Bay and St Anthony Head. Buses pass the
house fairly frequently. |

| THE AREA: |
| The village of Budock Water, half
a mile away, has a good pub and a local store. The beaches of Swanpool
and Maenporth are less than two miles away by road as is the National
Maritime Museum in Falmouth. There are a number of outstanding private
and National Trust gardens nearby. |
