five minutes drive away, or a leisurely half hour’s walk
via designated footpaths. The village is well served with a
post office, local shop, and magnificent wine store. There are
two pubs, including the renowned 'Trengilly Wartha' which has
an award winning restaurant and bar. The local town of Helston
offers a Tesco supermarket. The property can accommodate up
to 11 people. |

to two large double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom. There
are 2 further twin rooms, and a large family bathroom with a
seperate shower. |

7 acres of land, and has a lovely Cornish garden, a seperate
raised Bar-B-Q area, swings, and trampoline. |
| • The garden also benefits from it's
resident chickens and in repayment for food, they will willingly
provide fresh eggs for breakfast. |
