The cottage has been recently refurbished retaining its traditional charm whilst creating a feel of modern luxury.
Garden - The mature enclosed garden is at the front of the house. Being open on three sides it is in the sun for most of the day meaning you can enjoy the entire day from a leisurely breakfast to and evening BBQ in the sunshine! The garden consists of mature flower beds, a lawn, a patio area with an extending teak table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ.
Driveway - A large gravel driveway offers plenty of parking for at least three large cars. Should you need more there is plenty of parking in the village car park about 50 yards away.
Chapel Amble
Chapel Amble is a picturesque village in the heart of North Cornwall. Located on the River Amble, a tributary of the River Camel it is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet, peaceful break in the tranquility of the countryside whilst being within easy reach of many of North Cornwall's most popular hotspots. The village is home to the renowned Maltsters Arms, a well stocked general store and post office and a small childrens farm, swimming pool and tennis court all of which are moments walk from the cottage.
The Maltsters Arms is a 17th Century gastro pub restaurant with open fires, flagstones and beams located on the village green. It is the perfect place for either a quiet drink or delicious supper with a family room upstairs. It serves fantastic food with an emphasis on local produce; it also serves a variety of local ales. The cottage is situated on the edge of the village green.
