Our converted cottages are set only a mile from Sandymouth beach and have spectacular views of the coast, encircled by lush, rolling countryside. The complex has been family owned for nearly 30 years, and so we have extensive experience in providing outstanding holidays. We are proud to offer:

All of our accommodation is of the highest standard, with all the comforts of a modern home and well-equipped for all your family needs. The kitchen, staircase and bedroom furniture are all hand made and of a natural pinewood which combines with double-glazing and central heating to give a cosy cottage atmosphere. All Cottages are superbly equipped, with each now allowing free wi-fi internet access, providing exceptional value for money. Every cottage has a large flat-screen TV in the lounge and most bedrooms have wall-mounted flat screens.

Each cottage has been designed to meet different needs, so pick the one best suited for you! We welcome pets in some of our cottages, by prior arrangement. Our change over days are on Friday and Saturday. Below are some examples of the cottages we have on site:

Mole's Burrow, Badger's Sett & Otter's Holt (all sleep up to 4)

Our two bedroom cottages still have some of their original features incorporated into their open plan design, for example exposed beams & stonework. The fitted kitchens, staircases and bedrooms are all made of natural pine-wood, and each cottage has double-glazing, central heating and modern electricals such as flat-screen televisions and DVD players. The main views from the windows are of the play area, the fishing pond and of the sea. (Please see our website for specific views.)

Squirrel's Hollow, Toad Hall & Rabbit's Warren (all sleep up to 6)

Our three bedroom cottages are of an open plan design. Though the initial designs are of the same aspect as our smaller cottages, the kitchens have the additional luxury of a dishwasher, and each has back door leading to a private lawn area with garden furniture. All of our larger cottages now have patios, and and exceptional pergola has been erected with efficient windbreaks.
