Beach Retreat is a chalet type home, an ideal place for a relaxing holiday for two and absolutely perfect for couples.

Set in a magnificent south-facing position on the cliff above Praa Sands beach. Just two minutes walk onto the sand with a private decked area and enclosed patio, giving you panoramic sea and coastal views all the way around to the Lizard Point. It has an up-to-date interior with new furniture and cupboards and a newly fitted electric shower.

A private parking space for one car leads you through a side gate straight to the property which then enters into the open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. The kitchen area has a gas oven and hob, fridge with ice making compartment and newly fitted cupboards and work surface. The dining area has circular table with seating for four people. The lounge area has a three-seater sofa, a two-seater window seat with storage underneath for bedding, TV and DVD combo unit. The double bedroom has a new 4’6” double bed with two storage draws underneath, a double wardrobe and a large window giving sea views through the lounge area. There is also a separate storage cupboard. The shower room has toilet and matching basin; heated shower rail and shower cubicle with electric shower.

Double doors open from the lounge onto the decking area and then, by a side gate, into the patio area, both giving views out over this famous mile-long beach, garden furniture and loungers are provided and you are completely secluded. There is also a shed for buckets, spades, wet suits etc.

Clothes washing and drying facilities are available. Bed linen, electricity, gas and hand towels are included in the rental. Heating is by electric panel heater. Regret no pets or smoking.

Reservations can be made by phone or email. We will the then send you a booking form to complete and return to us together with a cheque for the deposit to confirm your booking. Reservations will be held for seven days. The balance should then be paid not later than eight weeks before the start of the holiday. All cheques made payable to T. Morris and sent to Hoe Point Cottage, Praa Sands, Penzance, Cornwall TR20 9TQ.

The rental period for the property is from 3pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure unless special arrangements have been made.

Guests must undertake to keep the property, all furniture and effects in the same condition as at the start of the holiday and to leave the premises in the same state as found. Any damage or breakages must be paid for or replaced.

Please note that no bookings can be made from 21st January 2012 to 11th February 2012 and only by email from 11th February 2012 to 23rd March 2012. Bookings can be made normally at all other times.
