The apartment is contemporary, spacious, light, airy, comfortable and briefly comprises:

The first floor accommodation is reached through its own private entrance door and hallway with stairs leading to first floor hall way.

Large open plan L shaped lounge/diner (22ft x 15ft) opening out through glass doors onto small balcony with sea glimpses over the roof tops. Large, light and airy. Relax on the large sofas stuffed with goose feather cushions. Oak dining suite. Large plasma TV, plus books, family games, Lego, cards etc. WiFi available.

The kitchen is well equipped, modern and functional with double oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, espresso machine, dishwasher and plenty of storage.

OUTSIDE

Space is available in the garage to store bikes, surfboards, beach equipment etc. Guests are welcome to borrow a range of buckets and spades, windbreaks, beach rods, body-boards, beach BBQ etc. Guests can use the washing machine and tumble drier in the utility room accessed through the garage.

The patio is paved and surrounded by raised semi-tropical flower beds with a raised pond with Koi and Goldfish. BBQ and patio dining furniture for 6.

There is ample Parking Space for 2 cars.

The house is tucked away 50 yards down a short un-made farm track off Porthrepta Road.

Carbis Bay boasts one of the best and safest beaches in Cornwall featured on many television programs. The beach has life guard patrols in the summer season and has a beach cafe selling snacks, ice cream and beach goods. It has a more relaxed atmosphere than St Ives.

In a secluded location just off Porthrepta Road, Polmoor is just 600 yards from Cabis Bay beach. Drop down on to the South West Coastal Path and walk into St Ives (20 minutes away) and enjoy the spectacular scenery. Pause at the old fishermen's Look Out, where fishermen would look for shoals of pilchards. Or pick up the scenic coastal railway service that runs from Carbis Bay to St Ives. Explore the maze of bustling cobbled backstreets and the quaint fishermen's cottages of St Ives.

Walk eastwards on the coastal path and in five minutes you are on the largely deserted Porthkidney beach (the subject of many John Miller paintings), on to Lelant Golf Course and then The Salting Bird Reserves.
