The Deckhouse is a large reverse level property designed to take full advantage of stunning sea and coastal views across St. Ives Bay to Godrevey lighthouse. There are 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people.

You are just 5 minute walk through the valley to the beautiful Carbis Bay beach where you can relax and enjoy the clean golden sands and clear calm sea.

St. Ives is just a 20 minute walk along the coastal path or a 5 minute bus ride, you can even get the train that follows the coast from Carbis Bay to St. Ives.

Ground floor

Entrance hall leading to dining room.
Double height dining room with large table comfortably seating 8 people, door to kitchen, sliding door to patio, stairs leading to lower and upper floors.
Kitchen and utility room equipped with Miele Appliances; dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Double range electric oven with gas hob, microwave and large fridge freezer, window overlooking garden.

Upper floor

Modern living room with stunning views over St. Ives Bay to Godrevey lighthouse and beyond. Large L shaped leather sofa, comfy round sofa and coffee table. 42" lcd TV with sky+ HD, blue ray player and compact hi-fi. Patio doors to large deck area with further sea views across the bay, small table and chairs. Door to master bedroom suite.
Master bedroom with king size bed, walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. Dual aspect room with more sea views across the bay and over the rear garden and patio. 19" lcd TV with freeview and integrated DVD.

Lower floor

Modern family bathroom with large shower, bath, sink and toilet. Shaver point and plenty of storage.
Bedroom with full size bunk beds, built in wardrobe, additional storage and lovely sea views.
Bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobes and cupboards, lcd TV and sea glimpses.
Bedroom with full size twin beds, wardrobe and other storage, light dual aspect room with sea glimpses.

The Deckhouse has free wi-fi broadband access throughout.
Parking for 3 cars.
No smoking or animals please.

All bed linen and towels provided but please bring your own beach towels.

Rates and availability

All bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, arrival after 3:00pm and departure by 10:00am.
