The Apartment itself is a luxury Penthouse Flat that is furnished to a very high standard. It even has it's very own balcony that boasts stunning views right accross Carbis Bay.

The sitting room area has two luxury brown leather settees and oak furniture with a 42 inch wall mounted television and DVD player.

Theres a kitchen / sitting room and a seperate dining area where patio doors fold right back to reveal the outside balcony.

The kitchen is bespoke and has a dishwasher, a fresh filtered water tap, fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee machine.

There are two double bedrooms in the apartment - Bedroom one has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with jaccuzi bath. The second bedroom has two single beds with a seperate second bathroom with a walk in shower which is situated immediately next door.

Both bedrooms have also have a wall mounted 32 inch TV with built in DVD player.

There is also a communial garden for use of the flats with garden furniture with a private path from the garden that links up with a 5 minute walk to carbis bay beach.

Parking is situated immediately outside the front of the building and there are only four small flights of stairs to the penthouse front door.

Fernhill Apartments is situated in Carbis Bay, Cornwall, just off the main road that runs through to the very popular seaside town of St Ives. 5 minutes walk from the apartment is a large Tesco superstore and 5 minutes by either a car, taxi or bus is St Ives town itself.

There is also a short coastal path that leads from the apartment into St Ives where you can enjoy some beautiful views whilst walking into the town.

For its size, you will be amazed at how much a relatively small town like St Ives as to offer. As well as a great selection of shops, pubs, bars, cafe's and restaurants, the town also has an indoor swimming pool, cinema, bus station, a train station and even its very own Tate Gallery.

There are several fantastic beaches in and around St Ives and Carbis Bay and a favourite for sunbathers and surfers. Most of them have a cafe or restaurant and shops to buy your buckets, spades and iced creams. From the harbour, there are regular boat trips where you can either try your hand at fishing, or just sit back and take in the beautiful coastline.

Just 2 minutes drive from the apartment is one golf course and within 10 minutes drive in the opposite direction is another. There are trekking centres very nearby if you like horse riding and plenty of lovely places to walk or ride mountain bikes. You are never far from the A30 either which means you can explore the rest of Penwith too.
