| Welcome to Higher Kestle Farm Campsite |
Higher Kestle Farm Campsite is situated
on Cornwall's beautiful south coast.
Higher Kestle boasts beautiful views of rolling countryside,
woodland and wildlife. From here you may follow our wooded
walk to the renowned Lost Gardens of Heligan. We are a working
farm set in 300 acres. Our farm is mixed with beef, sheep
and cereals. |
| We offer a warm welcome in a peaceful
and relaxing setting; the ideal way to enjoy Cornwall. Do
come and visit us and we look forward to meeting you. |

| Facilities |
Our Family site is spread over 1.75acres,
with large spacious pitches, some with 10amp hookups. Our
grass pitches are all marked, water points and waste facilities
are nearby. To ensure you have a good stay we offer sheltered
dishwashing facilities, toilets, shower and a freezer for
your ice blocks.
Wooden picnic tables are provided throughout the camping area
so you can relax after your days endeavor.
Please note no fires are permitted but barbecues are allowed
if raised off the ground. |

| Higher Kestle is ideally situated for
exploring Cornwall's beautiful South Coast and further afield.
The south coast is noted for its picturesque fishing villages,
gardens and stunning scenery. Just a mile away is the famous
'Lost Gardens of Heligan' and the Eden Project is only a 20
minute drive away. There are many National Trust gardens to
visit including Trelissick, perched at the head of the Fal
Estuary, reachable by ferry.We will be happy to assist you
with directions to any of these lovely places |
| You can stop by Lobbs Farm Shop to stock
up on local produce for your picnic or barbecue. Run by our
family and staff, we pride ourselves in producing a wide range
of beef and lamb straight from our own farm. You'll find it
just next door to Heligan. You can reach both Lobbs Farm Shop
and Heligan by taking our tranquil woodland walk. You can

| The nearby fishing village of Mevagissey
has a selection of restaurants, pubs and small gift shops.

| Find Us |
From St Austell take the B3273 to Mevagissey.
After passing Pentewan carry on the cliff road. You will find
a crossroads - take a right turn onto Gorran/Gorran Haven
road.
Travel along this road approx 3 miles, taking the second left
to Kestle (first left is a narrower road and takes you through
the hamlet of Kestle, not suitable for large caravans).
You will see our sign on this second turn.
Follow this road approx ¾ mile and after passing Higher Kestle
Farmhouse, the campsite is next gate on your right. |
