Rocksea Barn can be enjoyed the year round and is situated near to the Camel Trail, Wadebridge, Rock and Polzeath and is within a short drive for local amenities.

Rocksea Barn benefits from central heating throughout. There are 4 Bedrooms, with three first floor and also a ground floor bedroom. The accommodation sleeps up to a maximum of 8 people.

The front door opens onto a large entrance hall giving access to downstairs accommodation. There is a large lounge area with a TV and DVD player and comfortable brown leather sofas. There is also a large bookcase with games, DVD`s and reading material and information on local attractions. The lounge overlooks the large private garden and has an archway through to the kitchen diner.

The kitchen has a large table with eight chairs, a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge freezer. In addition to the living areas we have a downstairs bathroom with bath, wc, pedestal and basin and a ground floor bedroom with twin single beds.

The master bedroom offers his and hers double beds. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds, with bedroom 3 having a double bed.

The first floor benefits from a shower room, with walk in shower, wc and pedestal/basin.

Although we are sure that you will be spending most of your time enjoying the Cornish region whilst on holiday, the holiday barn has its own private gardens, including patio area, lawn area and driveway with parking for up to 4 cars.

Rocksea Barn is a self contained holiday cottage, set in its own private grounds and has parking for around 4 cars.

Arrivals and departures: your self catering accommodation will be ready for you from 4:00pm (16:00) on your day of arrival up to 8:00pm (20:00) unless otherwise arranged. Saturday is the normal arrival/departure day. Check out time is 10:00am on day of departure.

Bed line: to make life easier, bed linen is included in your rental charge.

Electricity & Heating: All electricity and heating is included in the rental charge for the barn. The games room is a free optional extra, though there is a 50p charge per game for pool and a £1 slot meter for electricity (set to low tariff).

Dogs: Although we love dogs, we do not allow dogs in our accommodation.

Please note . . . We are a family run business, therefore large groups of young males or females are by arrangement only. All areas of the buildings and enclosed spaces are strictly non-smoking.
