The house has four double bedrooms (two of which are en-suite) plus a kitchen, lounge, family bathroom, two dining rooms and beautiful conservatory. This set in a lovely walled garden which is totally private. A large BBQ is also available.

Pentewan is a small Cornish Village two miles from The Lost Gardens of Heligan and six miles from The Eden Project. The village has a pub and a very good restaurant - The School House. Two miles away is the picturesque village of Mevagissey with a variety of places to eat and St Austell is only 4 miles distant.

Amongst the many attractions of this part of Cornwall, golfing is very popular, with several good courses being only a short drive away. We are a member of the 'Out To Play Golf' organization and offer our guests the opportunity to play local courses at half price - Two Green Fees for the Price of One!
