All bedrooms are en-suite, centrally heated and double-glazed and have hair dryer, courtesy tray, drinks chiller and remote control colour t.v. with Ceefax/Teletext. We also have a single room, with private facilities, on the ground floor. You have the choice of rooms; single, twin, double (one with king size bed), treble and a family room (one double and two singles). Ground floor rooms are available. All beds have duvets and each room is prettily and comfortably furnished. Most of the rooms have sea views over the bay, which is just a short walk away via the adjacent footpath. There is also a comfortable residents lounge with t.v. and radio, and a separate dining room. A full English, Vegetarian or Continental breakfast is included within the tariff.

Directions

On the A30 follow signs to Penzance. At the roundabout follow signs to St.Ives on the A3074. Approach Carbis Bay on the main St.Ives road (A3074). After passing the town boundary sign you will see a small supermarket on the left-hand side and traffic lights for a pedestrian crossing. The first road after that, on your right is Richmond Way, go down there with the Recreation Park on your left. Follow the road round and take the first left turn this will bring you to our car park. If you miss the turn down Richmond Way, you will see us on the right next to Barclays Bank, opposite the Church.

If you are coming by train you would have changed trains at St.Erth onto the St.Ives branch line. Get off one stop from the end at Carbis Bay. Walk through the car park, with the sea on your left. Turn sharp right and walk up Boskeris Road. At the top the road joins St.Ives road. Turn left and walk to the telephone box opposite the Atlantic Hotel.
