Situated in picturesque Pentewan nr St Austell overlooking old harbour and large safe beach. Excellent local restaurants and the pub within 25 staggers. 10 minutes drive to Mevagissey.
Central location for touring Cornwall, walking scenic coastal paths and woodlands; golfing, two local courses within 1.5 miles; cycling, flat riverside with local bike hire; Cornish gardens, Lost Gardens of Heligan 2 miles and Eden project 6 miles to name but 2; and numerous National Trust properties.
