| The house is situated on Tredrea Lane,
the old coach road from St Erth to Marazion and now a
designated cycle route providing a beautiful and safe
tree lined country lane cutting through stunning Cornish
countryside. |
| Rosevidney Manor provides a private,
peaceful location from which to explore all that West
Cornwall has to offer. We are ideally located for both
north and south coasts, St Michaels Mount, Marazion and
St Ives and only 5 minutes from St Erth train station
and less than 2 miles from the A30. |
| Centred within a triangle of Penzance,
St Ives and Marazion, Rosevidney Manor is only a short
distance to a great choice of pubs – many of which offer
award winning food, an abundance of restaurants, sandy
beaches and fantastic coastal walks – all from within
1 mile by car. The local village Crowlas provides a convenient
shop and post office again just 1 mile away. |

| Bed & Breakfast |
| With only two guest rooms, you are
assured of peace and quiet with 5 star luxury. Both rooms
are elegant, cosy & individually styled with en-suite
bathrooms, king-size beds and beautiful bed linen. Guests
are also provided with plenty of large soft towels, spa
treats and luxury toiletries. |
| Breakfast is prepared to order using
the very best local, free range or organic produce - served
in the Manor’s elegant dining room between 8.00am and
9:30am (earlier by arrangement). Complimentary tea and
coffee is available throughout the day – often accompanied
with home baked goodies. |
| The stylish and comfortable
parlour lounge is available to guests at all times. You
can relax by the log fire and watch a film or read a book.
There are large picturesque gardens to explore and a choice
of charming seating areas. During the summer month's guests
can enjoy a dip in the outdoor solar-heated swimming pool.

| We also offer two self catering
holiday cottages - Atlantic Cottage and Dune Cottage. |
| Converted from the old coach house, the
two semi-detached one bedroom cottages offer the perfect retreat
for either couples, or groups of friends. |
| Whilst the cottages are separated from the
main house, they still enjoy the glamour of the manor experience
whilst providing all the contemporary comfort and privacy you
desire. |
