'White Ocean is a 2 bedroomed (1 double, 1 twin) apartment fully equipped
for 4 people. It has its own entrance and designated private parking immediately
adjacent. Having no internal steps, it is light and airy and fully furnished
with TV, video, microwave and electric cooker, fridge etc. It is ideal
for small children and those who find stairs difficult. It has a patio
with picnic table overlooking the garden and bay. The garden provides
a safe area for children to play; bats and balls, a ‘pop-up’ goal are
a few of the toys provided for the enjoyment of White Ocean guests.
We have recently refurbished the apartment
and instead of having a bath we have installed a large shower, plus new
toilet and handbasin with unit and fitted a washing machine. It has floor
to ceiling tiling.
In the living room we have new wooden flooring,
a new ceiling with downlighters and new furniture. We also have a new
flat screen TV.
Double glazing and full gas fired central
heating make out of season winter breaks a far more realistic option!
Gas and electricity costs are all included in the booking fee. We provide
duvets and pillows, and for an additional small charge an optional bedding
service for those who wish. Towels and tea towels are your responsibility.
For pet lovers, one dog is allowed with prior permission – Mawgan Porth
allows dogs on the beach all year round. The apartment is locally managed.
Above all though is the view and quiet proximity
to the tremendous beach. We think the photographs taken from the apartment
speak for themselves.
