Conditions of Tenancy
Bookings can only be accepted by persons over 21 and will be
made strictly in order of deposits received. Sub-letting or
transferred letting will not be permitted except by special
agreement and only the number of persons stated when booking
may be accommodated. Under no circumstances shall any person(s)
other than those named on the Booking Form enter the premises
without prior permission from the proprietors.
A deposit of 25% is payable on reservation and the balance is to
be paid at least one month before arrival. Accommodation is
available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by
10am on the day of departure. Bookings can only be made from
Saturday to Saturday, except during early and late season.
All breakages or damage to the flats or its contents must be
reported immediately and paid for, and the proprietors will require
access for the purpose of checking before departure.
The proprietors cannot accept liability for injury sustained by any
persons or for the loss of or damage to any property brought on
to the premises.
TV, radios, record players or any musical instruments must not
be played in such a manner as to annoy other occupiers or to disturb
children sleeping.
No dogs, cats or other pets are allowed on the premises, except
by special arrangement.
The tenant is responsible for all charges for electricity during his
or her occupation.
Electrical or other failures should be reported immediately and
occupiers should not attempt to effect repairs themselves.
Cancellations must be notified in writing. Customers are reminded
that they are legally responsible for the full amount should the
accommodation not be re-let and are strongly advised to take out
a cancellation guarantee to cover the liability with your Insurance
Agent. Deposits and rentals cannot be refunded unless covered
by the guarantee.
The flat must be left clean and tidy for incoming tenants.
These conditions are drawn up for the benefit of all concerned to
ensure a happy and carefree holiday.
