| PREMIER ONE sleeps 2 - 6 Situated on the first floor, but with only eight granite steps to the apartment entrance. The living room and small balcony enjoy uninterrupted sea views of the harbour and bay. There are two bedrooms, each with a 4ft. 6in. divan bed. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes; heating is by electric panel radiators. The comfortable living-room has fitted kitchen area that includes a fridge/freezer and washer/drier, a large window seat and a double studio couch (sleeps two). A wall heater is provided in the bath/shower room. Electric storage radiators, (inclusive) in the living room and hallway are in operation during the cooler months. |

| We currently have two restaurants in St Ives, the Alfresco and the Beach Restaurant. Both are on the harbour front with stunning views. Alfresco is an open-fronted continental style restaurant with seating outside. The Beach Restaurant is family friendly and has panoramic views. |
