views from the sitting rooms over Porthminster Beach and St. Ives
Harbour, with open-plan living rooms and kitchens. The beach at Carbis
Bay and Godrevy Lighthouse may also be seen in the distance. The kitchens

washer/drier, electric oven and ceramic hob, good size fridge/freezer
and microwave oven. They are furnished with light, contemporary furniture
and each has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two
singles*. Each flat also has its own central heating, making them
warm and cosy, whatever the time of year. |

- Rents are from Saturday to Saturday.
- The flats can be occupied from 3pm on your day of arrival and
must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
- Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement but we ask that you do
not leave them unattended in the flat.
- We do not allow smoking within the property.
- Regrettably these properties are not suitable for the disabled
due to the steps at the main entrance and rear and within the
building itself.
